My Dad's Portrait at age 18..

I sat down two days ago and quickly sketched this portrait of my father at age 18 ,high school grad. pic June 1947.He was born )Oct.5,1929 and died on Nov.17,2006 at  age 77. We had ups and downs ,but I loved him and think of him often.HE DID THE BEST HE COULD with 6 kids and all.I know he is in a better place now and he watched me draw this. Comments appreciated. This is one of my better sketches,though flawed, like all of us.NAMASTE.Laurie

Here arethe pics..dont laugh I learn from my mistakes.HAVE FUN 5 DAYS till Samhain or all HallowedEve.... Day of the Dead..etc. Reading Ghost stories for kicks too!!!!
